Monthly Board Meeting
VNA Monthly Board Meetings are usually the first Wednesday of every month from 7pm - 8pm except for the month of July. The February Board Meeting will start at 6:30pm to give new board members a chance to get acquainted.
Neighborhood Cleanup
Vineville Neighbors & Friends. Join us at the intersection of Clisby & Roff Avenues. Bring tools, gloves and an appetite for Barbara's Banana Bread. We will work for one hour then socialize over coffee.
Annual Meeting & Potluck Dinner
The VNA Annual Meeting & Potluck is a great place to get together with your neighbors and hear about upcoming initiatives within the neighborhood! Please bring a side or dessert to share plus a canned good--vegetables, fruit, and meat--for the Lutheran Church's food pantry. (In lieu of a canned good, monetary donations will also be accepted.) Our speaker, Ethiel Garlington of Historic Macon, will fill us in on their exciting new Scenic Preservation Index. You can join or renew your membership at the meeting!
Blue & White Party in the Park
Fly your blue & white colors with us over Oak Haven Park on Saturday, April 27! We'll be unveiling the latest improvements to our beloved park, plus the party "cover charge" of $100 per table will go toward even more coming soon. So book your table for 8, dream up a dinner menu and some over-the-top decorations (prizes for best décor), et voilà! We'll soon all be dining under the stars together in style! - To reserve a table, call Lars at 478.742.0294. Plus, we have a GREAT BAND... War Town Heroes is going to be entertaining us with amazing vocals and a gifted guitarist playing music that spans multiple genres. Barefoot dancing is encouraged, so get ready to kick off your shoes!
Ladies Night Out
Let's celebrate Spring together! Trixy Hanson's hosting and making the treats (we've got the drinks), so all you need bring is your little selfie to 2614 Stanislaus Circle at 6:30 on Wednesday, April 3! Annual Potluck Social
Start the New Year right! Join us for Vineville's annual potluck social, as we gather around the table to renew old friendships and make new ones too. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share. Meanwhile, we're throwing in a big batch of BL Smoker's chicken plus drinks AND a guest speaker from Historic Macon (Lauren Mauldin) who'll fill us in on the façade loan program, the neighborhood incubator project and the historic tax credit program. Historic Vineville Holiday Party
Our annual Holiday Fête is Friday, November 30 at the Hay House! All residents of historic Vineville are invited to attend. Please bring a side dish to share (VNA will provide the meat & drinks). NEW this year: bring unwrapped stocking stuffers for children* if possible. Strong Tower Fellowship will distribute the children's stocking stuffers to our Pleasant Hill neighbors in need. Neighborhood Cleanup @ Ingleside Village
Join the crew Saturday as we tidy up the Ingleside Village Shopping area from 9-10am. Bring some energy and tools. Refreshments will be served afterwards to help you refuel for the day!
